At M³ Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and maintaining transparent communication with our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested.


1. Project Deposits

  • All projects require an upfront non-refundable deposit (50%) before work begins.
  • This deposit secures your project slot, covers initial research, strategy, and design work, and is therefore non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation (By Client)

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started:

  • Before work begins: Any payment made beyond the deposit may be refunded.
  • After work has begun but before completion: Refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.
  • After project completion or delivery: No refunds will be issued.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.


3. Revisions & Satisfaction

We aim to ensure client satisfaction through structured revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement.

  • Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the proposal / package.
  • Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, preference changes, or delays in client feedback.

4. Subscription & Ongoing Services (Hosting, Maintenance, SEO, etc.)

For ongoing monthly services:

  • Clients may cancel with 14 days (Two Week) written notice.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Once a new billing cycle begins, that month’s fee is non-refundable.

5. Delays & Client Responsibility

Timely communication and delivery of required content (text, images, approvals) are the client’s responsibility.

  • Projects delayed for more than 30 days due to lack of client response may be paused.
  • Reactivation of a paused project may require a restart fee.

6. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third parties (such as domain registration, hosting providers, premium plugins, themes, or advertising platforms) are non-refundable, as they are governed by the respective provider’s policies.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact M³ Media directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal recovery of delivered work.


8. Exceptions

Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of M³ Media in exceptional circumstances.
